Hi everyone, I have a property of about 115 square meters. walkable for a total of 133 square meters of commercial space, I would like to reorganize the interior spaces where I would like to obtain: 1 double room without wardrobes therefore the minimum necessary, a bedroom for a child, a third study room \ single guest room, two bathrooms, closet, living room and kitchen possibly not in sight or partially in sight and a master walk-in closet. I need many wardrobes and I would like to avoid lost spaces and possibly equipped corridors. I point out that there is a balcony overlooking a square. The house has a railing and has two entrances because it was born from the merger of two units.
