We want to open up the spaces by expanding the living room in order to include the kitchen corner, using, as far as possible, also the vestibule.
Part of the kitchen will be a small room / study; in the current closet (possibly eliminating it as a closed space) we would like to put a fixed internal staircase to access the terrace above.
The house faces south east; the walls of the living room and bedroom are entirely covered by windows that lead to the balcony.
Spaces and materials must take into account the presence of 4 dogs and 4 cats. We like Mediterranean style apartments.
Briefly:
* integrate the vestibule with other rooms
* expand the living area by integrating the kitchen
* create another little room to be used as a guest room / study
* use the closet for a staircase to go to the terrace; (the closet can be removed end the staircase can be part of the design)
